Whose information we collect
Brainwrite collects information from three groups of individuals; customers, website visitors and personnel.

are organizations and individuals who have signed up for a Brainwrite account, this includes paying and non-paying trial accounts. -
Website Visitors
are individuals who browse or view our website, irrelevant of whether they are a paying customer of Brainwrite. -
Personnel
are people who are engaged in employment with Brainwrite or have applied to work at Brainwrite. Please see Personnel section for more details.
The information we collect
Personal Information
The information collected about you occurs when you provide it to us or use our Services, including when other sources provide this information to us. There are two types of information that we collect, personal information and non-personal information.
Personal information is any information that can be used to identify you or used in combination with other information to identify you. When you do business with us or register for our service we collect the following personal information from you including: name, postal address, email address, telephone number, instant messaging ID’s, company name, credit card details.
Non-Personal Information
Non-personal information is any data that cannot be used, whether on its own or in combination with other data, to identify you. These can include browser or device types, domain names and anonymous statistical data.

Registration and Contact Information
We collect information from you when you register for an account or sign up for a demonstration of the product. You are voluntarily providing us with contact information whether it is via email or contact forms.
Content provided by you through our products
If you submit a comment or feedback on our public facing support portal, your name and content of the message may be visible to anyone visiting our support portal.
Content you provide on our websites
Any website that is owned or operated by Brainwrite is included within the Services provided by us. For example, voluntarily submitting your contact details for a demo request on our website.

When you interact with our support channels (including but not limited to email, contact forms live chat, phone, social media) the information that you have voluntarily given us is collected and used to provide you with the best possible experience of our Services.
Billing information
When you purchase the Services provided by Brainwrite, we only collect transaction information. This include billing address, contact details and payment status information. Brainwrite does not store your credit/debit card details. If you choose to pay for the Service by credit/debit card, your card details are not stored by the Service and cannot be accessed by Brainwrite Team. A specialist third party payments solution provider like Paypal, Stripe, Razorpay, Authorize.net, Apple Pay, Google Pay will process your credit card payment.
Technical, Usage and Location Information
We automatically collect information regarding how you interact with our Service. This may also cover location information that is automatically provided by your device or computer. We also use cookies and page tags to collect some of this information.
Single Sign-On
You are able to login to certain areas of our Services using services that allow for faster signing in. These services authenticate your identity and pre-populate the log in or sign up form. For example, if you log in or create an account for our Services using your Google credentials, we receive your name and email address from Google, as permitted by you, in order to authenticate your identity.

You or another Service user of Brainwrite may decide to add or integrate Brainwrite with a third party app. By installing a third party app, it may give them access to personal information in your account. Information provided for the purposes of a free trial only, where no further contact is received after 12 months, and no active services are provided the information will be deleted.
Brainwrite may use collected information to maintain, evaluate, improve and provide our Website, to track your movements, analyse broad trends such a geographical location and by such improve our quality of service. We process your browser version to detect trends on what browsers people prefer. We may from time to time share information gathered in this way with our partners. This information is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We may retain collected information indefinitely.
We will not sell or rent this information to third parties, we may use the details you supply and upload to a third party data processor as defined below in this page.
We may maintain records of User Communications you transmit to us indefinitely.
We may use Server Information to provide you with technical support services and to maintain and improve our services. We may also use such information to investigate unlicensed (and therefore unauthorised) uses of our products. We may maintain server information indefinitely.
How we protect your information

Personnel of Brainwrite
Personnel are people who are engaged in employment with Brainwrite or have applied to work at Brainwrite. The information you have voluntarily provided us with is collected for Human Resources purposes in order to screen candidates for new job roles at Brainwrite. You may contact Brainwrite to request an update of your information, change your preferences with regards to communication and also request a record of the information we hold about you.
There are some documents or information about people who are or have been engaged in employment activities with Brainwrite. These need to be kept and maintained for legal and legitimate business functions.
No Children Under Age 13
The Services provided by Brainwrite are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. Brainwrite does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Categories Of Personal Data We Collect
Site Visitors
For anyone who visits the Site, we may collect information automatically using web tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, clear GIFs and third party tracking services in order to ensure that the Site and Services operate efficiently and to collect data related to usage of the Site and Services such as, but not limited to, the IP Address, browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor or Customer request.

Customers
With respect to Customers when you register or purchase our Services, we collect the name, business you work with, email address, address and password in order to administer the Services. Our payments processor will collect your billing information (credit card information, address and name) to process the payments for the Services.
In order to use the Service, it will need to connect with the various online third-party services you want us to integrate with ("Third-Party Services"), so we will need to collect the usernames and passwords to for the various Third Party Services ("Login Credentials").
We also will collect IP Address, device ID and other information and log it in connection with your account information and use history to administer the Services, provide support, improve your experience and monitor the Service for fraud, misuse and other reasons permitted by law.
How We Use Your Personal Data
Providing the Services
We use Personal Data to administrate the Services, process payments and provide customer support for Customers. If you provide Personal Data for a certain reason, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us by email, we will use the Personal Data you provide to answer your question or resolve your problem. Also, if you provide Personal Data in order to obtain access to the Brainwrite Services, we will use your Personal Data to provide you with access to such services and to monitor your use of such services. For persons located in the EEA, our lawful basis in the processing of such Personal Data is under Article 6.1 (c) and (f) of the GDPR.
Direct Marketing and Improvement of the Services and Site

Third-Party Service Integration
Our Service allows Customers to integrate and create commands for various online third-party services ("Third-Party Services"). In order to take advantage of this feature, Customers may need to authenticate, register for or log into Third-Party Services through the Service or on the websites of their respective providers. When a Customer enables linking between or log in to Third-Party Services through the Service, we will collect relevant information necessary to enable the Service to access that Third-Party Service and Customer data and content contained within that Third-Party Service ("Login Credentials"). We store Customer Login Credentials long enough to enable linking to the Third-Party Service.
When a Customer enables the Service to link content and data between Third-Party Services, the Third-Party Services will provide us with access to certain information that Customer may have provided to the Third-Party Services, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the rules Customer sets to govern the linking. In addition, Customer can use the Service to share content and third party Personal Data amongst the Third-Party Services they integrate with the Service. Please remember that the manner in which Third-Party Services use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies of such Third-Party Services, and Brainwrite shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third-Party Services that may be enabled within the Service.
We may retain certain personally non-identifiable information related to the data or content linked between Third-Party Services (for example, date sent, link configuration, names of the Third-Party Services), for the purpose of improving our Services and as described below in the "Aggregated Personal Data" section. For persons located in the EEA, our lawful basis in the processing of such Personal Data is under Article 6.1 (c) and (f) of the GDPR.
Aggregated Personal Data
In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the Brainwrite Services, Brainwrite often conducts research on its customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis, and Brainwrite may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. Brainwrite is not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your Personal Data with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
Third Party Integrations
We will share Customer login data and End User Personal Data in order to provide the Services as instructed by Customer.
