Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • The agent must not have been used excessively (more than 100 executions)
  • You must provide a reason for the refund request

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your registered email address and order ID
  3. Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund
  4. Our team will review your request within 2 business days

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase
  • Excessive usage before requesting a refund
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Technical issues caused by incorrect credential configuration

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the full refund criteria are not met but there are legitimate concerns with the product. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange Policy

If an agent doesn't fit your needs, we're happy to exchange it for a different agent of equal or lesser value. If you choose a higher-priced agent, you'll only need to pay the difference.
