- The agent must not have been used excessively (more than 100 executions)
- You must provide a reason for the refund request

- Briefly explain why you're requesting a refund
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase
- Excessive usage before requesting a refund

Partial Refunds

Exchange Policy
