What to include.
The more of this we have in the first message, the faster we can help:
- Your Brainwrite version.
- Your operating system and its version, e.g. macOS 15.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- The exact text of any error message, or a screenshot.
Please don’t send passwords, API keys, or license keys in a message — we never need them to help you.
